Issue Description

Letter from the Editor-In-Chief

I am pleased to welcome you to the last issue of the seventh volume of the Spanish Journal of Soil Science. It is a regular issue that contains five articles related with soil quality and degradation in semiarid pedoclimatic environments from different regions as Iran, Argentina, Tenerife or Algeria.

At present, the editorial team is working on special issues derived from international congresses with prestigious guest editors. On the other hand, the editorial platform has been updated, and from the different journal committees we are working hard to improve the visibility and quality indices of our journal.

On behalf of the editorial team, we thank the referees for the rigor and quality of their reviews received throughout this year (their names are listed in this issue), the authors for sending the manuscripts, and the Universia team for its professionalism and the care in the managemement of the platform.
